Plaza is a type of Decor. It can be built anywhere when the player has built a Park. This type of decor is built on astroglass and uses no land.
The Plaza can't be accomplished by missions, only by receiving it as a gift from the Arcade, from one of your friends via the Embassy or from Santa during the Winter.
